ALL ABOUT DREAMS AND NIGHTMARE 💤💤💤🛌😴

We all know about dreams and nightmares....... sometimes they make us happy, sad and also scared😥....many of us has different questions rised in our mind. I would like to share some interesting facts about dreams, which I haved learned.

Each night we would dream about 3to 4 times. But we think that , we did not even dream.... Some know that they had a dream, but does not remember ,what was their dream about !!!  Researches tell us that we forget 90% of dreams in ten minutes. If u want to know ur dreams, as soon as you wake up, you can record it in a diary or note book. So that  when you read them  you can remember your dream.

Dreams occur when the brain is restful during the sleep. Nightmares can occur due to various reasons such as

✓ illness

✓stress

✓conflict

✓fear

✓emotional problems and many more...

When you get your nightmares repeatedly,your subconscious may be trying to say you something...No matter how scary a nightmare is, it’s not real and at most it won’t happen to you in real life.

Many dreams may be similar, but the meaning behind the dream is unique  in each person.

It is very surprising that we are spending 6 years in dream, in our life time. We get about 2190 dreams a year.....

Sometimes you go to bed with a troubling thought .  Most likely ,You may wake with a solution or at least feel better about that situation.
